- Quit hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. - Due to the proximity of other guests, please be respectful of others i.e., no parties, loud music, vulgar language, etc. - Illegal drugs are not permitted on the property. - No smoking is permitted in the house – if discovered, guests will be charged the cost to remove smoke from the room. - Smoking is only permitted outside. - We have to allow time for the cleaners to do their job, so unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-in/check-out. - We have established the above rules because we want to ensure the next guest will receive the house in the same immaculate condition as you did. - Fees for disrespecting the property and violating the rules will be levied through the Resolution Center and Terms of Use. - We sincerely want you to enjoy your stay and we Thank You in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Karter Ann was a wonderful host. I rented the home for family while they were in town for my father’s funeral. She was very accommodating and responsive. The place was perfect for a large family. We will definitely be booking again.

Tremendous place to stay to be right by the lake. More than enough space to accommodate a large group. Super easy access with great host communication. Had everything we needed! Would highly recommend to others.
